Those meetings were not well attended, and it became difficult to staff them as well. We created rules presentations in Google Slides and posted those presentations on the main IMLEAGUES sport pages and embedded them in the participant quizzes for each sport.

It is just like a little 3-5 question quiz about the most important policies we want them to know about that sport. We found that this was slightly better because then every person had to complete it and answer the questions instead of trusting that the captains would tell their team the information from the captains meeting.

I am considering doing the Zoom meeting again next year to clear up confusion!
