We want to make as many participation reports as we can be automatically generated.

We want everyone looking forward to the end of the year where they can tell their bosses that generating the reports is a 2 day painstaking process and then just hit one button on IMLeagues and be all set. Then kick back and enough the nice weather!

So please everyone give us all the different reports that you need. Heck you can even attach examples of ones that you have created. The more info we have the better!

Thanks everyone.

Students who first registered as freshman were still be listed as freshman three years later. We have alumni members who first registered as students but never updated their status to alumni. I know there is the key in the settings where you do Freshman and then choose the number of years but I'm guess we might not operate it properly to get accurate data.

We would love to be able to separate by different "college" or hall as someone had posted earlier. It is also important to be able to pull out multi-sport athletes. If we could pull by unique, 2-sport and 3-sport athletes that would help us with our term stats.

Our deans of students want the participant listed once and then all the different leagues/sports they played listed next to each participant.

Thanks.
