The majority of students do not update their "Status" year to year so most of our members are listed as Freshman. This makes all of our Participation Stats inaccurate. If there is not a way to update this info from an admin side can we require students to update their "Status" every Fall?

Do any schools have something in place to fix this problem?

Thanks!

I think IM Leagues should require every participant to update their current status each time they register for a sport. That would fix the problem, so long as their updated status didn't skew the participation data for prior leagues they participated in.

I have done that for some reporting. The built in reporting as of now uses the year to show how many of each class participated in a sport or season with the graphs and charts. I have been using the grad year however it isn't quite as easy. Thanks for the tip.

Takes a bit longer, but it's still relatively quick.
