<![CDATA[Post game Customer Satisfaction/Official Evaluation]]>In the past I have worked to do rate your officials or surveys at the end of the year, though I am hoping to get more direct feedback. I am working on some evaluation methods, I currently do not use the official scheduling feauture on IMLeagues, but is there currently a way to ask 3-5 simply questions with a 1-5 scale on the game, officials professionalism and satisfaction if I do or is that something that could be built in and bumped to captains at the end of their games?

This is important as we are always looking to improve our programs and our numbers, and improving the student/customer experience I think will assist in the retention of participants throughout their time at our university.
