We have gotten requests for that as well. But for sports like Flag football and basketball in which I have already have 4-5 student employees working it becomes difficult with budgeting and my smaller staff. However, what I have seen that has been very successful is doing just for championship games and announcing the championship game MVP based on goals, touchdowns, points etc. Those MVPs do not get an additional shirt or anything but they get to hold the game ball and it is announced they are MVP when we post results. Maybe that is a direction to think about. Hope that helps, good luck!
