We at UNT actually moved away from them like a year or two ago in lieu of participant quizzes whenever someone signs up and joins the team. It is just like a little 3-5 question quiz about the most important policies we want them to know about that sport. We found that this was slightly better because then every person had to complete it and answer the questions instead of trusting that the captains would tell their team the information from the captains meeting.
