Based off of stats on IMLeagues, we had our first all-star games. We tested it out with basketball. 18 players for each league (A Leauge, B League, and Co-ed). Top two players from each league (based on stats) were the captains and they drafted their teams. This was a fun way for students to play with other students at their level, meet new people, and interact. Winning teams were posted on our "Wall of Champions" and on our Instagram page. We also have season MVP's and those are also posted on our social media and our "Wall of Champions." Students love seeing their name and love receiving recognition and I believe this is one of the best ways to do that. Also, it gives students a drive to become an "all-star" or an MVP, for bragging rights!
