I apologize if I am not understanding the situation, but you are extending it ONLY to folks who have membership at your facilities, or to the community as a whole? For any new system implementation, advertisement will play a key role in "spreading the news" (particularly if this is for EVERYONE) - popular venues within your community that wouldn't mind a poster or two would be a start! Churches, parks, community newsletters, etc. Our system is a bit different because we are not a school, but nothing beats word of mouth and some posters.
