Sorry, I just saw this today while on imleagues.com. I went away from A and B leagues last spring, and just have "Basketball". Then we split the sport into two playoff brackets where necessary (set a max of 16 teams per bracket), and took the top two teams from each division and placed them in a bracket, and the bottom two teams and placed them in a different bracket. We only allow teams to play up into the top bracket, and do not allow teams the opportunity to play down. So far, I have not received any negative feedback from participants.
