We regularly have some coaches come out and join teams. We treat them with our standard eligibility rules which are no ex-professional athletes can play in the sport that correlates to the one they were paid to play (ex. Football -> Flag Football). Our eligibility rule also states that the participant has to be one year removed from any NCAA roster to be eligible so most are good to play for us. Hope this helps

One answer we found to this problem is just to recommend our participants download the Rec*IT app (Android & Apple app stores). The app gives them the option to save their games to their calendar, and the app also sends them notifications about their games. Also i know you can export your calendar to Outlook from the individuals profile after clicking on the events tab.
