We have similar generic language in our policies and we also put it in bold on the sport description page as a reminder. As everyone has said it's a fine line but along with Jon I also often remind myself that we have parents, siblings and children in our building and looking at our social media so I ask myself how I would feel about a parent or child seeing those team names as well.

In using IMLeagues as well as social media to market to students about intramural programs, has anyone noticed trends in what time messages are sent out and the response from students, whether it's signups after a reminder about registration, re-tweets on twitter or likes on Facebook. Every social media guide I've read says not to overwhelm students with posts, but I'm wondering if there are ways to be more efficient with those tools.

I'm sure many of us allow and encourage student staff members to play intramural sports. Does anyone have a method they like of tracking what teams their IM student staff play on besides simply having them tell you or taking the time to look it up? Is there a feature on IMLeagues that allows you to somehow "mark" staff members so that you can find teams containing them more easily?

Additionally it would be great to be able to set a restriction on sending reschedule requests within a certain time frame of the contest. I get some teams sending them as late as an hour minutes before game time.
