We are looking to add some new training programs for our officials. Do any of you use videos for training? We have the NIRSA football video but we are looking for something similar for the other major sports we offer: soccer, volleyball, basketball and slow pitch softball

We currently give away tshirts for all of our events and I am wanting to change things up a bit.

Is there anyone doing anything other than tshirts?
